Very rude very unprofessional from staff to management my child was referred for work done his actual dentist is Barry Glenn very awesome dentist but Dr shorts staff if very rude from management to front desk they talked ugly to me and banned me and my child when I spoke rude back told me I didn’t call them being professional so why should they be professional with me very sad I’m the customer in this situation I would never address nor talk to anybody with the attitudes and tones they had with me they are a 2 star dentist m... read more

Very very bad experience not good dentist took my 6 KiDS here and all teeth are damaged not good and does not care and the staff are not nice and don’t help. I don’t recommend 👎

My son underwent dental crown treatment today, but honestly, I felt he didn't actually need it yet. I was very hesitant; initially, the dentist said we could hold off and simply continue to monitor the situation, but later he changed his mind and decided my son should go ahead with the procedure. Of course, I chose to trust the dentist's professional judgment, but now that the treatment is complete, I am filled with deep regret and self-blame. Worst unprofessional dentist office ive ever seen!! They book as many kids as possible bc they know theyll get paid through tenncare & they rush through everyone. They had both of my kids teeth “cleaned” & examined in like 5 mins? Dr short lets your kids teeth rot bc he ignores a cavity starting up (that i pointed out every visit) then throws a cheap fill in on it that falls out the next day & then told me his tooth “grew in rotted out” whenever it got past saving when he was actually telling me it was normal on adult molars... read more
