Book an appointment for my 4 year old yesterday. Called to confirm it today. She verified my child’s first and last name then proceeded to tell me the number on file was not in use. She stated that it was a “615” area code and I explained to her that I’ve never had a number beginning in “615” she then asked me if my name was “Jalisha” and called out an address that wasn’t mine. Both of my boys have went here for the past 2 years and each visit they've received a perfect teeth report. Since my boys are older, i decided to start taking them to who i see. My oldest son, his first visit at the new dentist, found out he had 15 cavities and my youngest found out he had 4 cavities!!! How in the world does that happen when they both have been going to see Dr. Short in the time frame they are suppose to and they have NEVER "supposedly" had any cavities...no problems at all. Worse folks ever , no respect at the front desk
They take cover kids "BUT" for 10 year olds and under. Since when does a pediatric office pick and choose age categories. Kinda suspect to me.
