Terrible front desk service and a complete lack of professionalism. I clearly explained that my English is limited and asked for a call back regarding my referral. They agreed but never called back. After more than an hour, I had a family member who speaks English call to follow up. The staff was rude, impatient, and dismissive. They only provided an appointment time and refused to explain which clinic or which doctor the referral was for. Communication was extremely poor. This is a medical office. The doctor is amazing!! Every time I go there they get me in and out. The doctor addresses all of my medical concerns. The staff is very helpful and polite. Highly recommended!!!
