Long wait time to see physician assistant when I had a scheduled appointment. Orthopedic shoe prescription was ordered in May 2025 and when contacted concerning order in September they had to reorder the shoes. I saw MJ Hill for an issue and extremely pleased with her patient care and concern. Wish I could see her every time.
Treated my sprains well. Clearly knew what he was talking about for the conditions.

Zero Doc awesome, staff awful!!! Had same situation w/copays as other patient.
Zero! On hold for over an hour. Closed a location, Doc for over 20 yrs. gone. Did not inform us! Losers!!!
I went on June 27th and the staff told me I had to pay $110. I said no, my copay was $35. They argued. To get back, I had to pay the money. Called my insurance company a week later to make sure the charge went through and, sure enough, I didn't owe the money. Here we are TWO MONTHS LATER and I can't get my $75 despite multiple calls with the staff there saying it is pending and after my insurance company called to talk to them.
