I've been going to Dr Ko for several years and choose to continue even though it's no longer close by
Every visit has felt rushed. Several visits the staff has been dismissive or rude . After last week's visit, we discussed the possibility of surgery down the road after monitoring my condition. Then I received a call yesterday from a staff member attempting to schedule said surgery. The left and right hands. Definitely do not know what each other are doing. I'm looking for a new provider.
Dr Ko is the very best explains everything very well is never rushed answers all questions. The surgery was a breeze. I would highly recommend him for his expertise and professionalism.
She was thorough. She listened to me. I was very happy.
I would not return and personally cannot give recommendation. In my case, I need to fully hear and comprehend the doctor's comments - speak clearly, look at me when speaking & don't rush.
I went to Dr Ko for a detached retina. He and his staff were super friendly and professional. The surgery was fast and easy. Post op checkups were thorough and he was very good at explaining what to expect with my eyesight as my eyes age.

Very poor experience. Dr ran several tests on me for no reason as I was referred by another doctor the day before in which all but one test was already performed. And because of this I have a large bill to pay. Doctor was dismissive and rude. Assistants were nice enough, but I'm very unhappy with the visit overall.
