Dr Janas was very resistant to providing any information (to pt or any my family member) who was severe trauma pt in ER. We were concerned and asked how he was doing (after 4 hrs) as I am in medical profession and Dr Janas delivery made him appear very upset and was raising his voice when asked for update regarding our family member who in critical condition.
