Never appears to be very busy, but wait time in waiting room and exam room has been up to one hour. Very frustrating.

Called this clinic for an appointment verification, and the front desk person I spoke to was very rude, and stated that someone calls their about everyday and that it needs to stop. I can't "stop" or "not" do my job, as its the insurance that requires us to call. There may be something not going through on our end, as far as communication, but she could've been more professional about it.

I went to see this Doctor by another Doctor who is seeing me through workman's comp for a back injury while working. Well gee workman's comp uh. The doctor that sent me wanted to be insured that I had no nerve damage due to a compressed disk showing on my MRI. The test he was to give he refused to give. I take blood thinners for a mechanical valve I had put in three years ago. He was afraid of taking me off the Warfin and putting me on another to do the test. I gave him my cardiologist phone number which he refused to call. ... read more
