Called multiple times for an appointment because of severe pain. Finally got one months away and then called the morning of to confirm the time and they told me that they were closed and someone should’ve called. Rescheduled and they canceled again. Horrible service and no help.

About a month ago, I took my son to a dentist in Greensboro. They said he needed a root canal but couldn’t perform the procedure, so they referred us to Fulton Dental Group and gave us their phone number. I called to schedule an appointment, and the woman on the phone said they needed to do an evaluation first—she never mentioned that a referral was required. I can't begin to say enough about how wonderful Dr. Fulton and his staff are. I needed an emergency appointment because I had chipped my tooth. I was offered the option of scheduling an appointment or coming in the same day as a walk-in. I know most people think that "walk-in" means wait all day but honestly this was not the case.
