This is quite possibly the best dental practice ive ever been to. Each and every one of the staff members go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant experience. They are fantastic about getting you scheduled, especially if you're having a dental emergency. I had a referral to go to them their bad with contacting people about a referral. I stayed on the phone for and hour trying to get and appointment and no one never came back to the phone. They seen like they are very unprofessional!

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I drove over an hour from Greensboro to Burlington for my daughter’s dental appointment and even had to miss work that day. After all that time and effort, her appointment was canceled and we were asked to leave. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt that the manager’s attitude toward me was unfriendly and unwelcoming. That feeling only grew as the visit continued.
