Outstanding care for patients
Dr Herdel is very in tune with his patients. He takes his time so you are comfortable and understand everything. His staff mirrors this. He has recently joined Complete Health and though the doctor and staff remain exceptional the new phone system implemented by Complete Health is terrible. You can’t call the office directly. It now goes through a central call system that can’t answer anything and has the office return your call at their convenience.
Dr.Herdel has been our family Dr. For years .He is very personalble always answers our question and takes time with all his patients. He very knowledgeable.
I was having major anxiety issues and the only person who would really listen to me was Dr. Herdel. I know protocols are there for a reason but, sometimes they have to be questioned. We are not a cookie cutter society. Dr Herdel makes sure we are all treated like a an individual. Thank God for individually.
