My husband and I have been with Dr Mansour for 2 years, after moving from Naples. We both have some health issues at 71 and 72 and we are VERY satisfied with him, not only his skills as a doctor, but he is extremely thorough. I never feel rushed, he is warm and very willing to address all my concerns. I hope he never retires. i have problems with my cervical spine (past fusion 8 yrs ago and more disc issues now). horrible front desk. the doctors are fine, but the two front desk ladies have an atrocious attitude that remain with every encounter.
worst reception i’ve ever come across. attitude from the start. i called the day prior for immunization records and one of them instead just laughed and said “no?” and when i went to ask how i could have access she told me i could come pick them up and then hung up the phone. the next day i come in and the lady at the front desk told me i needed to request it beforehand. i told her i called and the lady behind her said she didn’t hear anything about it. she then made a big deal about it telling me “you already have it. you a... read more
doctors are good, both ladies at reception are rude and grumpy. if you don’t like customer service, find a different job. every time i’ve been here i’ve been confronted and sassed from the get go. they’re lazy and make things more complicated than it should be. my parents have felt racial discrimination towards them. these ladies with no sympathy or grace for the language barrier and are berating when you can’t give them the correct answer right away. receptionists are the first impression for the office. i feel bad leaving ... read more
As a former patient of Dr Robin's - she was just great. The best thing that ever happened to her is that she left this office - the office staff is slow and extremely incompetent, can't answer the phone, never calls back. Records or referals take weeks to months. Billing doesn't answer questions, provide records and acts like this is their first time doing this ever. I'm truly amazed at the lack of professionalism.
