I used to be a patient of Dr. Mansour's previously. I wanted to change doctors and decided to come back to him. After jumping through faxing, calling and leaving multiple messages, they won't even make an appointment for me to see him. I give up. What a crappy way to run a medical office. Maybe Dr. Mansour would call me directly to get more info about how terrible his office is being run.

My husband and I have been with Dr Mansour for 2 years, after moving from Naples. We both have some health issues at 71 and 72 and we are VERY satisfied with him, not only his skills as a doctor, but he is extremely thorough. I never feel rushed, he is warm and very willing to address all my concerns. I hope he never retires. i have problems with my cervical spine (past fusion 8 yrs ago and more disc issues now). horrible front desk. the doctors are fine, but the two front desk ladies have an atrocious attitude that remain with every encounter.
