I have been going to Dr Mansour for over 10 years.He is a great doctor very helpful thorough and attentive and he listens to all my concerns! After covid he did have some issues finding the right front office person but he finally found Kelly who has been nothing but very nice to me .Dr Mansour has always been nothing but a great doctor and Janet his nurse is truly the best too I will continue to go to Dr Mansour and support him and his staff as they all work very hard to keep us all well
I used to be a patient of Dr. Mansour's previously. I wanted to change doctors and decided to come back to him. After jumping through faxing, calling and leaving multiple messages, they won't even make an appointment for me to see him. I give up. What a crappy way to run a medical office. Maybe Dr. Mansour would call me directly to get more info about how terrible his office is being run.
