Tried to make an appointment with Laura and the office manager Casey or Clara, who refused to squeeze me in being that I am in pain because n my right ear and now my jaw. Very unprofessional office manager. She said go to emergency room if I am in that much pain?? And then basically, she hung up on me. Absolutely horrific services, no compassion, no sense of urgency. Extremely unethical. Bad billing practices and unprofessional when talking to front office
Doesn't take Florida Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance. And won't schedule an appointment with someone who has it. First time it's happened to me in 10 years in Ft Lauderdale Lauderdale.
