He always asks if I have any questions or concerns prior to the end of my appointment. I like that his practice is small and personal.
Tried to make an appointment with Laura and the office manager Casey or Clara, who refused to squeeze me in being that I am in pain because n my right ear and now my jaw. Very unprofessional office manager. She said go to emergency room if I am in that much pain?? And then basically, she hung up on me. Absolutely horrific services, no compassion, no sense of urgency.
