Dr Cattiny saved our Pom's live a few years ago when she was diagnosed with Lymes disease and we had been loyal patients up until 2 weeks ago. Our Pom developed a little bit of a cough on Sunday. My owner has been bringing me and my companion to Dr Cattiny for years. I really don't like going to the vet, but given a choice (I have been to several), Dr C is the top of the top. No one likes being stuck with needles, or being poked and prodded, but here, they are kind and considerate and try to be a gentle as possible. It's an indignity, but hey, I know they want to make me feel better - and they usually do. I tell all my pals about Dr. C. I share happy stories, most of them are complaining. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom? Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this animal hospital? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
