Dr. Holmes is awesome. I tore my Achilles about 3 months ago. I went to see Dr. Holmes and he advised me to forgo surgery and to instead heal naturally. I spent a month in a cast and 6 weeks in a walking boot. I was very nervous, and I am still in the 6 month period where I can potentially re-tear it, but I’m healing great and my leg is feeling stronger and stronger each day.
