Great doctor. Listens and cares.
I would have given zero if that's a choice! Trying to charge fees when we request a copy of medical record. Obviously, they do not know that they have broken the Hygiene Law in NYS that patients have rights to request a copy of medical record at NO COST! Our attorney will file a complaint on our behalf! Stay away from this practice!!
Rude staff, they don’t even care about the patients. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. My husband used to go to him for his annual visit and he was not seen for a while we he tried to get seen again and asked them for blood prior to the visit they still wont give him the requests to have the test results ready before his appointment. Receptionist is horrible.
