I have in a sleep study with him because I have sleep problems. He has been so supportive and have explained everything he needs me to do ,what his weekly findings have been, and what we are trying to accomplish, along with what we are trying to accomplish long term. Also things we can do to fix the problem. He has help me to understand how I can change the way I prepare for sleep, and what to do when I can't sleep. I am very pleased so far with our results.
