I can't speak on the experience with the surgeon because I didn't get that far. My experience with this office in general was awful. After 3 weeks of trying to schedule an appointment, I finally gave up and asked to be referred elsewhere. I called on 11/17 after being referred to Dr. Schreiber and was told that they couldn't schedule me over the phone, that I would need to text pictures of my ID, insurance cards and referral before being scheduled. I recently had a crown from 20 years ago break off. After evaluating my options, I chose to have the remaining roots removed and a tooth implant to replace it. Dr. Schreiber did a phenomenal job and the entire staff at the office was very professional, courteous, and highly skilled. I had minimal pain or discomfort after the surgery and only took a few regular Advil over the next 48 hours. I've had a great experience overall and would highly recommend Dr. Schreiber for Ortho surgeries.
You may want to re-mortgage your house or take out a loan before visiting. First it cost me $65 for the Consultation, then they charged my insurance $295 for the Consultation. The quote to take my daughter's wisdom teeth out was $5,630.00, good thing I got a pre-treatment estimate.
Having a cracked root canal molar, I was referred to Dr Schreiber's office for a tooth extraction and implant. I tried contacting them for 5 days leaving voice messages. I never heard back from them. I ended up calling a different oral surgeon, spoke to a live person and scheduled my appointment for the following week. If they don't pick up the phone, know that there are other options out there.
I had all 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed yesterday. The team at EVOMS was fantastic and they took great care of me. I greatly appreciated that they took medicaid, they were one of the only oral surgeons in Virginia who do. I was extremely nervous for the anesthesia as I’ve never been put under before. Their team did a great job of making me comfortable. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Schreiber to anyone who needs any kind of oral surgery. The experience was great & He was very attentive.
