Dr Zubay walked in the exam room, introduced himself but not the PA in trial. He then sat at a counter facing the wall with his back to me. After a few minutes he asked what brought me in today, still facing the wall. As I explained he began laughing loudly at what I was saying. The doctor I was coming to for help was laughing at my problem. I almost walked out but decided to politely finish the visit and look for a different doctor. I can not remember an interaction that made me so uncomfortable and angry.
I felt that I was treated in somewhat of a dismissive manner. I felt rushed when trying to explain. I did not feel that the doctor wanted to listen to me. Additionally I later saw notes in my chart stating different reflexes and things that had not even been done in that office and that weren't accurate.
Fantastic doctor. Dr. Zubay has helped me through many neurological issues over the past several years.
The physician assistant explained the medical conditions very well. However, this is me saying, no reflection on the P.A., unless it is absolutely necessary, I'm not going to have surgery to remove the soft tissues that really have been there since at least 2025, which the P.A. found pictures of it.
Still the worst surgeon I’ve ever seen and I mean that. I hate that little man
