I am surprised there were any positive reviews of Dr. Seidel’s office staff as I have found them to be very rude making for an uncomfortable atmosphere. I have never been greeted or seen them smile. They made a mistake, that they acknowledge, and it ended up costing me. No apology. A very rude woman did call me to let me know my bill was in the mail. Such service when before there was no contact! (Harassment?) I sent a letter explaining my concerns. No response other than 3 of the same bills in as many days! I was impressed ... read more
"I was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed during my visit. Despite their medical expertise, this provider lacks basic bedside manner and treated me with a dismissive, condescending attitude. Effective healthcare requires mutual respect and communication, yet I felt as though my input was entirely disregarded. I hope Henry Ford Health takes steps to address these interpersonal issues, as this level of care does not reflect well on the institution."
