I recently visited Jackson Dental and I am very impressed with the staff. Ashley, Tori and Dr. Fortier were amazing and very friendly.
I had been a cavity-free, no-issue dental patient my entire life before coming here. Jackson Dental suddenly told me I had “pre-gum disease,” with pocket readings of 4s and 5s — numbers I’d never heard in my life. They pushed expensive deep cleanings, three visits a year instead of two, antibiotic packing in my gums, fluoride treatments I had to pay out-of-pocket despite having great insurance, and constantly tried to upsell me on retainers and cosmetic procedures.
