Beware of getting hustled!! First of all, I'm from Chicago. The only reason I went to Jackson Dental last July and today is because of the same reason: To get the gold crown for my #31 molar recemented. Last year, it was no big deal. I went in with the crown, had an exam with Dr Jackson, was told there was no problem with the tooth and then the crown was recemented. But this time, I had Dr Sami Sreis. I didn’t know that I needed a root canal and did not know that pain before. It was excruciating, before I walked into the office at Jackson Dental. I am so glad that I found Dr. Finster and her team that took care of me. I felt so comfortable from the first emergency phone call at the beginning of my experience, to the very end of the entire process. Walked in for a routine visit. Fell in love three times. Ashley, Tori, and Laurie/Laura/Lana are an incredible team - cute, professional, and way too easy to talk to. Dr. Sreis clearly knows what he’s doing, starting with hiring. Jackson Dental has officially ruined every other dentist office for me. See you in a few weeks, ladies.
