This was a very smooth process, from booking the appt to meeting with the Dr, everyone was very friendly and professional!
Not enough positive words to say for the caring he gives….positive words…phone calls to check in….& successful surgery with right knee in the past and hopefully now with the left knee.
This was the most accommodating and organized office/doctor I have ever worked with. Professional, courteoust and understanding. I don't want hip surgery but if I have to have it Dr. Van Flandern is the guy.
It's so extremely important that once the exam room door is closed that you are able to share your feelings how you are feeling. Dr. Van-Flandern is one of thoses doctors. Extremely patient understanding your feelings of having knee surgery. I would highly recommend him. He's extremely kind & very patient. I't not that often we see medical providers wearing their white coats either it shows he dedicated to his profession.
Excellent overall experience so far. Scheduling was fast. The doctor was very informative and answered all my questions I feel very comfortable moving on to the next steps.
