I had my first appointment with Dr. Arlt today - a televisit. The other “reviews” that I read from other patients is true. I haven’t been so impressed with a doctor, much less an in-demand, busy specialist such as a Neurologist is, in my entire 60+ years of living. I won’t reveal how much time Dr. Arlt gave me today, but I felt guilty at the end. Because he gives so much of his time (especially to new patients) his schedule can get off the rails a little bit. He is absolutely AMAZING! I cannot say enough about this man! He took the time to listen to my concerns, and needs. Not only did he listen to them, but he provided options for treatment, and was more than willing to discuss each of them thoroughly! This is what true patient care is about! Listening to the PATIENT and being genuinely concerned for their health and well-being! This man is not in a hurry to just get you in and out. He truly cares!
