Had an op with Dr Francis yesterday. Never met him before this, but was extremely impressed by how patient and understanding he was as well as how clearly he tried to understand the issues and then deliver the post op report. I don't often do Google reviews but Dr. Francis stood out as someone who made a concerted effort and so I have done the same.
