I had a serious head injury abroad and when i returned i needed some final stitches removed and a check up or how the wound was healing, i call a few practices around but either the wait time was very long or they couldn't see me, finally got onto Dr Roz who was so good! He was very thorough, knowledgeable and interested in the injury, the previous wound care and the surgeons work. The receptionist Selena was also super helpful, and friendly, merging two of my files and providing me with all the information i requested.
My wife and I continually have the worst experiences possible with their manager, Julie. Their staff are lovely but the management is absolutely terrible. My wife has called me in tears so many times from working with this clinic.
