Concened Parent Dr. Edelmann??s office manager had a dispute with my parents about a billing issue. My daughter was present because my parents were taking my daughter to her visit as well. Fabulous, caring, and compassionate While very busy, she is very attentive. The office is very clean. She is very professional. Despite the wait (i've waited longer at other offices), it was well worth the visit. she listened to my problems very compassionately, gave the diagnosis, and discussed treatments. we have to realize as patients that doctors can't spend 45 mins with everyone and can not answer the phone in the middle of their work day to discuss a biopsy! we do not expect to give our services for free, either! my wh... read more

Integrity is NOT part of the way they do business. They could NOT have cared less. The best part is I have been going to them for a YEAR and when they called me not only did they have my CHILDs name INCORRECT, they had MINE incorrect also...I needed shot records. Unprofessional is an understatement.
Decent doctor He's not a bad doctor by any means but Felt like he was just going thru the motions. A good doctor if you have Small issues and you already know what they are.
Excellent! I have been going to Dr. Sedghi for 5 years. I have found her to be extremely knowledgeable and very sensitive to my concerns. It is very clear that Dr. Sedghi cares about womans health. She is never rushed and is always engaged. The amazing thing about her is that she is always aware of my medical history. She knows things about my care that I have long since forgot. A doc for your life Excellent physician and human being, the best doctor you will ever have. The staff are nice people who deal with very sick patients all the time. That is serious work and bound to be stressful. Relax. Give them a smile. The doctor will be very nice to you and they will take excellent care of you.
upset I used to trust this doctor and his staff for my care. Lately, his P.A.'s do more of the patient care than the doctor. You have great difficulty seeing him. His office staff are rude and obnoxious. One, in particular, will degrade you to other patients and other office staff. I was labelled and insulted to a P.A. due to the receptionists insistence of trying to diagnose my problem without letting me see a doctor. One of the Best in Katy Dr. Spencer has always taken the time to discuss any concerns or explain a condition, and he doesn't talk down to you. He is honestly engaged in a person to person relationship when you see him. I have also had good experiences with the Physician's Assistant in the office, and that often helps me get in sooner. I think it is a good arrangement with the shortage of good Family Practitioners there has been in Katy of late.
