Dr. Ramos really cares for her patients. She listens to all my medical needs and she was very patient.

On 3/1/2016 a staff called me and said my refferal is ready so I said Ill pick up the referal tomorrow3/2/2016 she said they are open from 9:00 to 6:00 pm I get thereat 3:35 and the doors were closed I called 2 time the office and none of the staff member picked up the phone . that was a waste of my time and gas
