Completely incompetent. They are holding medical records hostage. I have been calling everyday for over a MONTH. Lost lab records, the office smells like mold and it's staffed by 12 year olds. If you want medical advice from someone that got their degree from a Cracker Jack box, then this is the place for you.
Efficient and friendly staff. Dr. Nguyen is an absolute jewel, so knowledgeable and caring. I am very pleased with this practice.
