Being an acute care nurse practitioner, I was very disappointed in the management of my visit. I was scheduled to see Dr Akula and to receive my Prolia shot. The visit took over 2.5 hours. This was my 3rd visit with the office, 2nd with Dr Akula. All 3 visits took a minimum of 2.5 hours. I am leaving their practice and continuing with another physician.
Lucia was excellent.!!! The front desk was great. They were all full of smiles and so nice. Everyone in the lab was great . Seemed a bit overworked. It seemed like there were too many patients for one day. However, everyone was upbeat yesterday and kind to each other. That made it a good day.
If you came in for a Prolia shot and you are confirmed in the office why can’t the shot nurse take it out of the freezer 30 minutes early so you don’t have to wait so long
This is my second doctor at FCS. It's great when you can walk in the door and trust that your doctor is prepared to provide comfort and care.
