This office always gives excellent service. Everyone in the office shows politeness, respect and friendliness. Dr Akula always spends time answering your questions and going over your lab work on every visit.
Dr Akula and her staff are pleasant, friendly and caring. From when you enter at the reception to the staff taking your blood, then the nurse practitioner. Dr Akula is professional, she doesn’t rush you if ask a lot of questions, answering patiently. Sometimes the wait time is a bit long but it also depend on the time of day. Overall would highly recommend this practice if you need a hematologist.
