Insanely rude and unorganized. Cancelled my appt out of nowhere.
I would be ashamed to call myself an opthamologist if I did not check a patient's vision. This is what happened to me on a recent visit to her office! Unbelievable ! I was there for my yearly exam and later phoned for my prescription and was told my vision was not checked that the office only does diagnostics..isn't checking vision diagnostics? In my opinion this is both illegal and of course, unprofessional.
Dr Vedula is excelent. The assistants who do exams are very nice. The appointments take forever, and if you need special exams is worse; and in my last visit they told me now they charge 3.5% for paying with card, even with debit card! That is really not okay. Who carry cash now a days??? They should let you know in advance!
