Physician’s East is an awesome Clinic. Dr Geeta Katwa is the most uncaring, unprofessional SPECIALIST I’ve ever seen! After not being on my Diclofenac for over 4 months, she dismissed my concerns, didn’t listen to me, and put me on the LOWEST dosage of Gabapentin there was AFTER I told her this particular medicine doesn’t work for me! Was it my Ethnicity, Obesity, or whatever that turned her off, I do not know, but I literally got back in my car and cried because I was so disappointed! I saw Dr. Katwa for the first time today. I have been and RA patient in Raleigh for 18 years. I found Dr. Katwa to be kind, caring, thorough, supportive and very pleasant to work with in the visit. I am so much looking forward to her for my RA and OA treatment now that I have moved back to Greenville. Thanks Dr. K, I appreciate you 🤗

Let me first start off by saying that I do not have any issues with the Physician's East facility. The folks at the registration, the nurse whom checked me in, the phlebotemist who took my blood, and the xray techs who took x-rays of me were absolutely amazing. My main concern and complaint is with the provider (Dr. Geeta Katwa). Without going into too much detail, I had been very thorough explaining my issues to the awesome nurse, and she understood me, listened and was able to understand my concerns.
