Dr. DiLalla was very caring when I got my lumpectomy .There's something about her that made me feel calm before and after the procedure . She's simply brilliant.
She butchered me to the point that the best plastic surgeon in Raleigh NC could not make it better. When my sister and I confronted her, she couldn't look me in the eyes. Callous and uncaring.
I had my second visit with Dr. DiLalla this month. She is very rude and does not have a DUKE personality at all! I informed her that I would choose another surgeon and it definitely would not be her. Others have complained about her as well.
She is absolutely amazing! She makes sure all your questions are answered. She gives you a clear understanding about your condition and gives all the possible and best options. She really do care about her patients. Also, her staffs are very nice and caring.
