The dr has yelled at me bc I said I'd be late to my apt. The day of, it's raining. I made time off my 50 hr/week job. I give a courtesy call I'll be late as I'm driving. I'm placed on hold a couple times, then Dr. Singhvi yells ANGRILY asking where I am. Then to "turn around" and accuses me of canceling mult. apts before (not true). Keep in mind, he and his staff have never returned my callbacks on med issues. I refuse to yell and hang up. I tear up after the call, but am glad to go elsewhere.
