The wait time are atrocious. The customer service is lacking.
I made an appointment in person the same day I filled out my new patient paperwork. A few weeks later I called to cancel my appointment. When I called to cancel I was told that there was no appointment. Today I received a call confirming my appointment for tomorrow. What a joke. In all fairness to the doctor I cannot comment on his service being that I was never seen by him. On the other hand this place needs to get itself in order and not waist people’s time. Love him as a doctor, he saved my husbands life.
Doctor Mathur is not at this address or phone number since 4 years ago. Nobody has updated his information at his new location. An hour long wait while he was in the back room making curry. Office smells like wet dog on Mondays. Combative staff. Poor online portal. He seems nice and probably knows what he's doing, ordered every test in the world. You need good insurance here.
