The wait time are atrocious. The customer service is lacking.
I made an appointment in person the same day I filled out my new patient paperwork. A few weeks later I called to cancel my appointment. When I called to cancel I was told that there was no appointment. Today I received a call confirming my appointment for tomorrow. What a joke. In all fairness to the doctor I cannot comment on his service being that I was never seen by him. On the other hand this place needs to get itself in order and not waist people’s time.
