Dr Polizzi and his assistant Michael really came to my rescue after my new primary care Dr was on vacation, and I needed emergency help. They were great at contacting me and responding to my needs. I highly recommend this practice
Dr. Polizzi Has been my primary caregiver for over 20 years. Nothing gets past him, and there is no end to the list of specialists that he has on hand to refer you to. A few times he has sent me all the way down to Good Samaritan in Suffern, But that’s only because he felt that a certain doctor there, Dr. Jaganathan, was the very best in his field. He listens. He's good man. So grateful bc I have a head Injury so not quickest. Horrible in fact. But nvr mean to me. They're all really good people. Can't go wrong here. ✌️👍
I can’t say enough about the doctor , nurse, and especially Michael Lungen , the front office worker. The dr was on vacation while I was going through some very serious testing. Even though the dr was away , Michael handled everything perfectly!!
The only reason this is two stars and not one is because of the nursing staff. They’re the only one competent in the entire office. The receptionist Vivian is the absolute worst. My last(and very last) appointment I showed up 15 minutes late because I was mistaken with the time of the appt. Vivian called me as I was pulling into the parking lot and was told that I couldn’t be seen that day.
