Dr. Simon is an excellent Orthopedist. He provides excellent care and he is sincerely concerned about your wellbeing. I will highly recommend him.
Dr. Simon is always the best, the policies of RESURGENS and the reactions of the staff to my questioning the policies was unacceptable. Rude and smartass isn't what I would call customer service. Making sell pay customers pay for services that haven't been rendered is just bad policy. Do you pay for your food at ROADHOUSE before it's served, do you pay for a new furnace for your home before it's installed? This is why people detest doctor's offices and the medical field in general.
