A+ Dermatopathologist! The other reviewer must be confused as Dr Letts is NOT a Dermatologist, he is a Derm PATHOLOGIST. He does not see patients, only their specimen (biopsies, excisions)!
I would recommend going to ANY dermatologist over Dr Gary Letts. He is concerned with only one thing: billing you and your insurance company for as much money as possible. Absolutely no concern for the well being of his patients, no concerns except for enriching himself. The stereotypical medical profiteer. There are plenty of highly qualified dermatologists in the Darien area, save yourself a lot of anguish and see one of them. My experience with this doctor was terrible. Its all about money to him.
