Dr Bloomquist treated my daughter. He was highly recommended. While I'm sure he is a good surgeon his demeanor made the experience terrible for my daughter. Each time he met with my daughter she would ask if we could go to another doctor because she thought he was "mean". I have to agree. He is quite abrupt and self important. We waited 30-45 minutes on average for each appointment. When I complained the response was "we're busy". Very efficient and focused on great patient care. As great experience as could have been hoped for.
I had upper jaw surgery. There were no problems or concerns. Dr. Feldman is very nice and his staffs as well as the staff at Swedish were very professional. Every orthodontist I know recommends him.
Dr. Feldman has advanced the state of the art for maxillary mandibular advancement with geniglossis advancement. If you can't take CPAP for sleep apnea, this is the only 100% surgery for this. He's faster than the Stanford team and cheaper. Excellent surgical team, great bedside manner, great costs, amazing results.
Although I am extremely happy with the work done by Dr. Bloomquist, I have to say that his bedside manner, the rudeness of some staff members and the amount of time waiting in the waiting room would prevent me from going back to him if I needed any further work done.
Quick efficient wisdom tooth extraction, fast healing. Highly recommend.
Dr. Feldman performed palatal expansion, followed by lower and upper jaw surgery. The jaw surgery was unsuccessful and had to be redone (at his cost). Unfortunately, the second surgery was unsuccessful as well. I am now having this procedure completely redone by a new oral surgeon. Feldman and a member of his staff were elusive about what had occurred during surgery (one assistant even lied about complications and was corrected by Feldman himself). Dr Bloomquist is a talented surgeon. The outcome for my daughter was perfect. However, he is extremely arrogant and the office staff is flat out rude. In 3 office visits the minimum wait times were 30, 45 and 60 minutes. When we complained the response was: "we're busy". Bloomquist is the perfect stereotype of a talented but socially inept doctor. My daughter hated him and his staff.
Dr. bloomquist did an outstanding job on my oral surgery. I would strongly recommend him.
