Called to get an appointment as a new patient. Was told to fill out pre registration info via a link from an email the doctors office would send me. Was told if I didn't fill out the info I would lose my appointment. Called the office back a few days later due to not receiving the email. Finally got the email and only have access through a smart phone. The link sent will not let me enter any of my info.
