Contractor from hell The owner John New is a nice guy that can become your worst nightmare once e has your money. He stops returning calls and it's impossible to get him to complete the job. He left me and my family of 3 young kids without a kitchen for 5 months and wouldn't even return calls for months. Even a confrontation at his home/office didn't change anything.
