Dr Gary Goldstein has been my primary care position for over 20 years. He’s always been professional and no nonsense physician. In 2015 Dr Goldstein recommended me for treatment for my hepatitis the doctor I was referred to Dr. Berner was on the team that discovered the cure for hep C. I was prescribed Hervoni and in weeks. I was cured all due to Dr Goldstein Referral. Because of that Referral and the cure, I was able to have major surgery on my back Rods from C3 down to my tailbone.
Dr. Goldstein is a medical genius. He is always on the cutting edge of new practices and treatments. In addition, he sincerely cares about his patients and gives them all the time they need. He has been my doctor for over 30 years and I can honestly say that his care and understanding is superior to any other physician in his field.
Like many others, I have tried to reach out to the billing department about my sons procedure and its taken several calls to get an answer. My insurance company has an allowable amount and they overcharged me in hospital. I had to submit a claim myself for reimbursement because of timely filing of the office (because they were never going to submit to insurance) and the office received payment and I've yet to get a refund. We were told we must pay upfront in the hospital for our sons proceedure even though we have %100 health coverage. Now the time for the office to submit a claim has passed and the office is legally required to reimburse us, now they refuse to take our call or return a call to discuss. If it we were to owe the office a payment I assure it would look much different. Business are not accountable for poor practices.
A positive review for Dr. Goldstein. My son was born a few days ago and I am forever grateful for Dr. Goldstein. Dr. Goldstein went above and beyond to help my son, and he is the reason my son didn’t need to go back to the hospital and is healthy and thriving. Dr. Goldstein is extremely dedicated to the health and wellness of his patients.
