It’s the worst place ever! Neve recommend !
Never gave me a refill for my prescription when I originally requested one at my appointment, had to call 10 times to get the prescription…. Now that my refills have runout again my pharmacy continues to call Dr. Kong’s office and gets no response or returned calls. I also originally went in for a referral for a derm since I had an HMO, never received, it’s been over 6 months, and I have called back to check in on it multiple times. I recently changed Drs based on a recommendation and I very pleased with my first visit to Dr Kong. His staff was very efficient and Dr Kong was extremely thorough. I had lots of questions and he had even more so I was very happy! Since I wasn’t pleased with the physical I had a yr before, he did another one that covered everything and uncovered something no one else had in the past and we are working to fix the problem. I recommend Dr Kong highly,
This dr was not a good listener and did not communicate. He also overfilled and failed to return several phone calls
Stay away. Disorganized staff that cannot even get the right appointment down on the schedule. waited a full month for my appointment, planned work around my appointment, rushed from work- only to arrive and be told the Dr. had left early. Why? well because they scheduled me for the wrong time.
