The office staff in Corona & Riverside are cold & rude. The male nurse in Corona was nice. Dr. Rainer gave me a really bad gut feeling. I don't trust him, at all. I asked genuine questions about his medical opinion & is all I got back was a series of snarkey, hostile, non-answers. His comments were judgmental & demeaning. He has no sense of compassion & he seems to be just disgusted with his patients. He gets a strong vote of no confidence! I love Dr. Guiang and his staff. Danny is his nurse and they both always makes me feel so at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Guiang. He listens and truly cares about me and my journey to get better! I highly recommend Dr. Guiang!

I went expecting to see the Dr. When Dr. Pang was on vacation, James PA, came in, we connected right away. He was very caring and concerned. I was given James as my PA and I could not be happier with my treatment by James. Covid hit and all my visits are over Video now which I love, no driving. YEA…OK WITH ME. I am on contract with this office to manage my post spine fusion pain. I am nearly fused from top to bottom on my spine. It's no slight injury. IF YOU SPEAK TO DR PANG or PA JAMES YOULL BE FINE BUT I have been passed over for critical care and Sara especially has thrown me under the bus leaving me only to go to the ER for care. MD not attentive, disregarded current imaging reports I provided, including X-rays and MRI. Insufficient follow through. Failed to respond to my questions and concerns I submitted on his practice patient portal. I’ve had to ration what pain medication so that a 1 month supply would last 2 months. Unbelievable! I think he just thinks I’m looking for drugs; I’m 80 for God’s sake, I just want adequate treatment and to be comfortable. Has no Compassion for clients Treats you like an idiot and wants to hold all the power over you with no care about anything else that your struggling with as far as pain. The body is a whole not parts and pieces and to be told to go see a different doctor that will deal with pain from other parts of the body that he full well knows would do no good since he is solely responsible for all medication under contract and it would be a waste of time to go see a doctor that is willing to help but cannot because this guy wants to tr... read more
