Very rude and unprofessional. He can’t keep staff because he’s such a nasty guy!
I can only rate the service as prospective patient. I called the office and asked for a consultation with the Dr., that I was thinking of becoming a new patient from another office, and to see if I could continue with my existing regimen at this office. I was told that I needed to pay $299 up front (today!), get a panel of tests, then pay $395 at the first visit. Love Dr. Joseph Thanks to BodyLogicMD and Dr. Joseph, I feel like myself again—only better. He’s a true professional who relies on the lab numbers to take care of your medical needs and makes sure to answer all your questions; I highly recommend him. Becoming a BodyLogicMD patient is the best thing I’ve done for myself.
Dr. Joseph is a decent fellow, but he has a hard time keeping decent staff. When it became too difficult to schedule an appt and I tried to leave he wouldn't send my latest labs to my new doctor. Multiple attempts to contact him went unanswered.
