I was a patient of Dr Galambos and my care was discontinued without adequate notice, without written clinical reasoning, and without arrangements being made for my continuity of care. Attempts to contact the practice by email and phone have gone unanswered. I have raised these concerns with the Health Care Complaints Commission.
The worst possible receptionist I have ever encountered. Professor galambos and his level of care has been great however dealing with his service when we expressed concerns that he was 20 minutes late was awful. This resulted in my daughter having an episode. Instead of acknowledging that their practice should advise when they are running late the receptionist told us to go elsewhere.
