Had to change doctors because no one in the office answered my calls/voicemails for 3 days. Unacceptable for any medical facility.
I needed a new PCP in May of 2021 so I went to Dr. Jean Baptiste for a physical. No one followed up with me about tests so I assumed everything was fine. Went back on a Wednesday in October to a pre-surgery clearance physical for a septoplasty. Was told that my cholesterol was high in May and was now higher. Wish I can give ZERO STARS!!!! I’ll start by saying the wait time there is ridiculous🤔😏 Receptionist is nice but the wait time to see Dr. Baptiste is worst than going to the ER. I was given an appointment time but when I got there I was placed in a room for 3 hours before seeing the Dr. The doctor wasn’t even there when I came in for my appointment. If your LIFE means NOTHING to you, this is the perfect doctor for you. With his blood pressure at about 180/147 (critical condition) and edema up to his abdominal section, this doctor saw my husband send him home 1) instead of to the emergency room 2) without any medication sent to a pharmacy after saying he did. Talk about true medical NEGLECT. Update: He billed wrong items for my claim. He’s 100% scam. My girlfriend and I both got billed wrong. We reached out to them, they said they would change the claim but they never did. My appeal came back rejected because my insurance company said they never got the updated claim from them. DO NOT GO to this office or you will get scammed.
