Excellent care by the doctor and staff for my broken wrist
Treated me subpar not sure because I’m a woman? With a Disabled child? From Eugene? Treated me like a drug seeking junkie. Went in and walked out with same level of pain. Knowing what I already knew and with the same follow up I already planned on. MD Wasn’t comfortable writing a prescription that isn’t even a narcotic that I’ve been on before and would be in EMR and haven’t needed in over a year. Not sure what the point of visit was. Dr Josephsen showed excellent knowledge and bedside manner. Turned one of the worst experiences of my life into an educational experience and I can’t thank him enough for his care!
