I called to ask about getting a stray in to get neutered and checked for Feline Leukemia . We want to introduce it to our house cats. Found out that he isn't normally even there at the time I called, but came in on an emergency call for a dog that had been hit by a car. The one who answered the phone (possibly his wife) would relay my questions to him while he was in surgery and he answered them right there and then! Now THAT'S dedication and compassion.
