I recently got a federal to see Dr Golds and waited months for the appointment, which was the day after I got back from a trip to the UK. When I got to the appointment, his snotty receptionist told me she had cancelled the appointment because i hadn’t answered her confirmation call (I didn’t have cell service in the UK) the previous week. They refused to accommodate me, even though I had waited months for the appointment and was already there. Dr. Golds is a very knowledgeable doctor. He seems efficient and helpful. His to the point style is what I prefer. Although I have called back to his office and received his voice mail with no follow up and that is the reason I only gave him 4 stars.
