The office staff are friendly and helpful and they all do their jobs so well. I did not have to wait long before I saw Dr Steinbach. He is a kind and caring doctor and is excellent at listening and explaining things to me.
A great doctor takes his time to explain things to you, demonstrates a level of compassion, and will give you an opportunity to ask questions , Dr. Steinbach did not demonstrate any of these behaviors. I have been a patient for Over 10 years and now it’s time I make a move . I have never in my life been cut off and yelled at by a doctor. I remained silent to allow him to explain his observation and the appt was over 10 mins after he entered the room . I had been content with Dr. Steinbach's care for 25 years; now, all trust is gone, based on his failure to return my phone messages due to upsetting results from my most recent Pap, information delivered to me by his nurse, not by him. While I have an appointment to consult with a GYN specialist, I still needed to hear from Dr. Steinbach. 2 weeks passed, no callback. After I left a note for him at his office today, he called and angrily "fired" me as a patient. Appallingly arrogant behavior.
