I was a patient of Doctor Weinstock for at least 5 years. When I tried to get my medical records sent to my new doctor (I moved to another town), I was told they couldn't be faxed - as his office lacks a 'secure fax'. Instead they would have to be sent through the mail. Ok no big deal - except they couldn't be sent without my permission in writing.
