Tore my calf muscle in Feb. I want to make it clear that the staff at Excel were very helpful to me during my several weeks of therapy. Cordial and thorough, they were better therapists than perhaps I was as a patient. My troubles began AFTER my sessions ended. I received several bills from Excel, stating that I owed them money. I had made a point to pay my fees EVERY week of my therapy, at the end of the week. The office staff knew this, but the bills kept coming. My theraphy following rotator surgery was a positive experience in every way. The staff was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I would encourage anyone needing PT to come here first.
