Dr. Chillopora was always great with me and the procedures that I had to see him for. However, the receptionist could use work on her customer service skills. I went in for an appt and there was a mix up with my appt times. Understanding that mistakes happen I waited 1.5 hours before finally leaving because I had other appts to get to. I called to rebook and was told that I would have to pay for leaving. Have loved my pregnancy experiences with Dr. Chilopora. He was my OB 2 years ago with my son, and again now with my daughter. I am going to be delivering anyday and hope he is the on-call. Everything went so smoothly with my first delivery while under his care! Even since my first, things have improved even further a great amount! He is knowledgeable, caring and listens to you. Very happy with my visit. Dr Garvy answered all my questions you don't feel rushed. The receptionist/nurse was so kind and they as a team have you feeling comfortable. Great experience the only thing was the wait time. Other than that definitely happy and highly recommend.
Awful service!! Lady at the front desk thinks she’s the doctor and if you’re having a problem with your pregnancy, they don’t take it serious and gives you an appointment weeks out. You can never get ahold of them. The doctor himself doesn’t seem competent and judging by other Google reviews I’m not far off!! Would never recommend him to anyone.
